This looks like a yummy recipe. I am not sure my kids will like it but it’s worth giving it a shot. They love Chili! And, I love the idea of saving money by not adding meat.

Sounds great… and seriously couldn’t be simpler. I have another recipe that uses zucchini and I always have a zuc or two left over. So I might have to give this one a try.
