Well, I went and did something crazy this weekend. In an effort to try to love my house, I decided to rip up the carpet in my office. Who knows how old it was, and I knew there was hardwood underneath but didn’t know what shape it’s in. Needless to say, it’s either refinish that floor or just put laminate over it. What I thought would be a weekend project has now turned into a longer one. I can only focus on how exciting it will be when it’s done!

I don’t think there is such a thing as a quick and easy home project. Every time we try to do something around here it ends up being a huge deal.

thanks for including my post, I’m veggie so I’m pretty good at making dishes that are yummy without meat but can have it added for Mr M. I personally would refinish the floor, I’m a sucker for old wood.
