Here I am blogging about my financial frugalities (I think I just made up this word!) and I'm really struggling to save more than just a few hundred dollars here and there. Part of my problem is that this year I've made less than I have over the last few years (I guess that recession has finally caught up with me!). But another problem is that I really need to commit, and make my husband commit, to cutting WAY back on expenses. Even if that means moving to a less expensive place. I guess I need to push harder! I sometimes feel the same way, but in my case it’s saving for a down payment.
