		<description>Ashley- haha.  Thanks for being honest!  I have a tendency to go overboard sometimes.  

Miss M- Isn&#039;t that crazy?  I&#039;m happy my credit score is above 800.

Kacie- We&#039;re thinking about refinancing if rates go lower.  I don&#039;t think that it would make that much of a difference for my credit score to be 809.  I think lenders would be happy with that.  I should be content with what I have. :)</description>

		<description>As long as you are somewhere in the top tier of credit it doesn&#039;t matter if your score is 800 or 850, they treat you the same. So don&#039;t worry too much. I believe the two things you mention could trigger a 25 point drop, especially if the card was a big part of your credit history.</description>

		<description>Are you being too crazy?  Maybe a little. :)  One thing that stinks about having such a good score is that it can only go down from there.  809 is going to get you just as good of a rate as 834 would have.  I wouldn&#039;t worry.</description>
