That's the recipe the oral surgeon gave me years ago when I had some teeth taken out, to prevent germs/infection. If it's good enough for a mouth with wounds, it's good enough for a healthy mouth. Keeps my gums nice and pink. I use 8 oz. water, a tbsp of hydrogen peroxide and 1/2 tsp salt.
