Wow, you are doing great for 2011. You must be so happy. Our goals are going really well too. We just set ourselves a $40,000 goal for 6 months. That's how much we need to do the things we want/need to do this year.

Congrats on living on 1 salary, that's awesome and its something very few people do before having a baby.

Good luck with your goals for the rest of the year!

I am well on my way to achieving my goals! You are making nice progress with #1, 2, 5, & 6 goals. #3 requires some creativity, a long weekend works sometime. #4 is outside your control for the most part. Keep it up!

I started 2011 debt free (except my mortgage) with a goal of getting $1,000 into an emergency fund (I was living off my old one with little work.) All my bills are paid, but I do owe $175 on my credit card (which will be paid off by end of month.)

The $1,000 emergency fund is not there (but I do have $500 for a new hot water heater that I have needed since Nov. and is getting installed
this weekend.)

I also am doing your 365 give away challenge. I am doing very well with this. I am over 150, so I should reach 365 by the end of the year.

Right now I am working on being able to pay all my bills with my cleaning / childcare income. My monthly bills are about $2,000. I get $560 in child support. I am making $440 in cleaning / childcare jobs right now. I need to add another $1,000 a month in cleaning / childcare jobs. (I am covered for April bills from my tax refund.)

I am a single mom who feels lead by God to homeschool and somehow He makes it work each month. Praise God!

I am excited to see you guys meet your 2011 goals, thanks for the updates.
